To use the gel or liquid mini enema, follow these steps:
  1. Wash your hands thoroughly.
  2. Remove the protective cap of the tube.
  3. Before insertion, lubricate the tip by gently squeezing the tube and smearing a drop of gel or liquid around the neck of the tube.
  4. If you are right-handed, lie on your left side and pull your right knee up to your chest.
  5. Gently insert the nozzle of the tube into the rectum.
  6. Squeeze the tube until it becomes empty.
  7. Keep the tube squeezed then slowly remove the nozzle from your rectum.
  8. Remain lying in this position for a few minutes before sitting or standing.
